Market Pulse: Hanger unit inks orthotic, prosthetic deal w/ Cigna

Hanger Orthopedic Group said that its Linkia unit, which provides network mgmt services, has signed an agreement with Cigna Corp.'s Cigna HealthCare for the provision of orthotic and prosthetic products and services.
