Gutierrez Pushes for Trade Deal

U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez made a last minute bid Wednesday to encourage Latin American leaders to put a hemispheric trade deal on their agenda for this weekend's Summit of the Americas, but there were indications that the move was receiving a cool reception.
