Baldacci seeks caps on oil profits, curb on profiteering

AUGUSTA, Maine - Saying gasoline prices consumers are paying at the pump "have now become shameless," Gov. John Baldacci is asking President Bush to cap oil profits and move aggressively to protect consumers from profiteering in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
