Tory Peer Accused Of Spanish Border Tussle

A Conservative peer and his wife could face charges following an alleged altercation with Spanish police on the border with Gibraltar.Lord Glentoran, the Tory shadow minister for Northern Ireland in the House of Lords, was "briefly detained" on the Spanish side of the border on Tuesday night.
