Afghanistan ambassador to speak at Project Artemis graduation

When the second group of women from Afghanistan to go through the Project Artemis program graduates Thursday, Afghanistan's ambassador to the U.S. will be on hand for the ceremony at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.
