BioCryst initiates trial into leukemia drug

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals has initiated a phase II trial of oral Fodosine in patients with advanced chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the most common form of leukemia, accounting for approximately 25-30% of all leukemias in North America and Europe.
