BBB terminates Cingulars membership for consumer unfriendly behavior

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Upstate New York has decided to terminate its membership for non-friendly behavior with its subscribers. BBB is a non-profit consumer forum that not only acts as an interface between the consumers and the companies
