Australian PM lauds Pakistan's anti-terror role

ISLAMABAD - Australian Prime Minister John Howard used his first trip to quake-stricken Pakistan on Tuesday to back its efforts in the U.S.-led fight against terror. Howard, whose country has troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, told his Pakistani counterpart, Shaukat Aziz, that he admired Pakistan for its front-line role in combating terrorism.
