Insufficient Samsung NAND flash stock in spot market this week, say memory makers

Demand from the upcoming Christmas season has tightened NAND flash capacity at leading suppliers, including Samsung Electronics, according to sources at Taiwan-based memory makers, who said there should be insufficient Samsung stock to distribute to the spot market this week.
