Feds seek millions in restitution from former Cendant exec

HARTFORD, Conn. - The federal government is suing former Cendant Corp. Vice Chairman E. Kirk Shelton and several family members, saying they tried to shield millions of dollars in assets when Shelton was implicated in a massive accounting scandal.
