North Dakota wins nickname injunction

A district judge in Bismarck, N.D., has granted a preliminary injunction to stop the NCAA from banning North Dakota from hosting a postseason game because of its "Fighting Sioux" nickname, state Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said.
