Carlsbad man given year in jail in drunken-driving fatality

VISTA, 4:14 p.m. Nov. 14 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): A 31-year-old Carlsbad resident who killed a man by drunkenly slamming his car into the back of the victim's motorcycle on Interstate 5 in Camp Pendleton was sentenced Tuesday to a year in county jail.
