Jacobses give $1 million to KPBS for journalism

SAN DIEGO, 1:41 p.m. Nov. 13 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): National Public Radio affiliate KPBS in San Diego has received a $1 million gift from the founder of Qualcomm Inc. to help bolster local public radio journalism programs, it was announced Monday.
