Sweden tops list of countries working against climate change

Sweden, Britain and Denmark have been named in a report by an environmental group as doing the most to protect against climate change. However, their efforts are not sufficient and none can be said to be a winner, the Climate Action Network-Europe, said releasing data at the U.N. climate conference.
