Carbonated yogurt and milk are part of the front line of a new bunch of carbonated products designed to bring the popular fizz of soda to something a little more healthy. E-Moo, a carbonated milk available in seven flavors, is available in about 100 schools and hoping to expand as schools get stricter on junk food. At MIT they are working on carbonated ice cream and pudding and gelatin could also be next. The gelatin thing I can understand since I've done the trick of making Jello with carbonated water but pudding?
