(AFP) - Former works and pensions secretary David Blunkett arrives at the Foreign Press Association building in London to give a press conference. The resignation of Blunkett is a blow to Prime Minister Tony Blair but one that is likely to cause only limited impact on his third term in power, political analysts said.(AFP/John D McHugh)
