Pilkington agrees takeover by Nippon Sheet Glass

TOKYO (Reuters) - Nippon Sheet Glass said on Monday it agreed to buy the remaining 80 percent of Pilkington it does not own in a deal worth more than $5 billion (3 billion pounds) as it aims to expand its global reach in the sheet glass business.
