Hunger in the Northwest: Ups and Downs

Hunger rates in Northwest states are heading in opposite directions according to new figures from the Agriculture Department. In Oregon and Idaho, fewer people are going to bed hungry, while in Washington the rate is rising. Tom Banse reports.
