WASHINGTON, DC (MARKET WIRE) The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Corporate Citizenship (CCC) has joined with IBM to launch Jobs4Recovery.com, a "one-stop shop" for connecting job-seekers from areas impacted by hurricanes Katrina and Rita with employment opportunities.
