The iPod Nano juggernaut hits a class action brick wall

PHILADELPHIA - Apple Computer Inc could face a class action lawsuit over the iPod Nano whose screens are defective in some way and are hence easily scratched. Irate consumers have been complaining high and loud about these defective screens for sometime now, but beyond advising them to buy some special equipment to prevent the screen from scratching easily, Apple has not done much to solve the problem.
