HK Official to Attend APEC Ministerial Meeting in Vietnam

The Hong Kong Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology Joseph W.P. Wong will leave Hong Kong on Tuesday for a five-day visit to Hanoi of Vietnam, according to the Hong Kong government website on Monday.
