Ford reports $1.2 billion quarterly loss

DETROIT - The world's third-largest automobile manufacturer, Ford Motor Co today reported first-quarter losses of nearly $1.2 billion. This is Ford's largest quarterly loss in the last four years and comes in the wake of a massive restructuring plan being undertaken by the company.
