'AFC Vision India programme to target grassroot soccer talent'

Kolkata, Nov 12: The second phase of Asian Football Confederation's (AFC) Vision India programme to develop Indian football standards would commence in Delhi from March and delve into the grassroots level to promote talent, AFC President Mohamad Bin Hammam said here today.
