Even as politicians in Delhi talk of a breakthrough agreement with Islamabad that would pave the way for Indian troops to withdraw from the Siachen Glacier on the border with Pakistan, the Indian military, in a rare act of defiance, has made it plain that it is staying put. - Siddharth Srivastava
