Jays extend contracts for coaches

Manager John Gibbons values the chemistry and camaraderie on his coaching staff, which is why the Toronto Blue Jays manager extended the group's contracts through the 2007 season. Gibbons, who had his contract extended through 2007 on April 27, called the decision a no-brainer given the job they've done this season.
