GOP fundraiser convicted of embezzlement

A former GOP fundraiser was convicted Monday of embezzling from a rare-coin investment fund in a scandal that hurt Ohio’s Republican Party on Election Day. Tom Noe was convicted of theft, money laundering, forgery and tampering with evidence.
