N Korea urged to 'get serious' on nuclear talks

United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says North Korea must "get serious" in talks on dismantling its nuclear weapons program. Dr Rice has conferred separately with counterparts from China, Russia, Japan and South Korea - the US's partners in the six-nation talks on North Korea.
