Oil to hit $100 U.S. a barrel, bank says

CALGARY—Canadian drivers looking for respite after weeks worth of the highest pump prices on record shouldn't count on fuel costs going down, according to a new CIBC study that predicts $100 (U.S.) a barrel oil within two years.
