Dory Chamoun blames Syria for killing

National Liberal Party President Dory Chamoun said he held Syria responsible for the bombings in Lebanon, pointing to Damascus' recent criticism and insults directed at Lebanon. Chamoun hoped Syria would find "the proper path," but believed this would be a difficult task as "they have been programmed to keep on committing mistakes."
