Judges 'reached own conclusions' on Shaik

The National Prosecuting Authority is confident that it can charge and prosecute ANC deputy president Jacob Zuma for corruption despite the furore surrounding the attribution of a legal phrase describing his relationship with his former financial adviser, Schabir Shaik.
