High Court dismisses writ challenging proceedings in Gujarat court

Allahabad, Nov 13: The Allahabad High Court today dismissed a writ petition filed by a man who had challenged criminal proceedings against him in a dowry case in a Gujarat court on the grounds that he was a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
