LG reportedly outsources low-cost GSM handsets to Arima Communications

LG Electronics has outsourced part of production of its low-cost handsets to Arima Communications, with the Taiwan-based OEM handset maker likely to start volume shipments of two low-cost GSM handsets, the KG200 and KG300, to the South Korean vendor this month, according to market sources.
