Loss-making defence factories on notice: minister

New Delhi, Nov 13: The government would not indefinitely subsidise loss-making defence factories, a senior Indian minister said Monday, even as another minister urged more public-private partnerships, saying this would produce spin-offs that could immensely benefit the social sector.
