Au Premier, Le Vendome’s jewel of French gastronomic cuisine, hosted One Star Michelin Chef and Maitre Cuisinier de France Pierre Marin for a week of glitzy dining that culminated last Friday in a gala dinner. Marin’s “Cuisine du Terroir” specialties depicted the distinct flavor of France’s Savoyard region. He is one of the growing numbers.
