Germany: Consumer Price Index

German inflation, as measured by the consumer price index, remained soft in October, booking month ago growth of just 0.1% and year ago gains of 1.1%. When measured by the harmonized index of consumer prices (HICP), German inflation also rose 0.1% m/m and rose 1.1% y/y.
