Sluggish process, watershed health among concerns aired on Elliott State Forest

Over the summer, Beverly and Lewis Paulson once counted 22 logging trucks on the way from Sutherlin to their vacation home on Tenmile Lake. 'And we thought, oh my, what's happening? Where are they all coming from?' Beverly said.
