MP's 'nonsense' startles speaker

New Delhi: Congress MP Thokchom Meinya Tuesday caused a flutter in Lok Sabha when he muttered "nonsense" after Speaker Somnath Chatterjee said he would not allow him to discuss a controversial decision in a football match.
