Uganda: Mubajje - Prosecution in the Name of the State

The embattled Mufti of Uganda, Sheikh Ramadhan Mubajje last week petitioned the Director of Public Prosecution to invoke his constitutional powers and take over the criminal matter that was preferred against him by a private prosecutor.
