$345m Holly Bolly Hotel and Resort

Bawadi has signed on Plantation Holdings to build a $354m tourism development called the Holly Bolly Hotel and Resort in Dubai. The resort and hotel is said to represent the fusion of Hollywood and Bollywood, says Bawadi. The four and five-star property will have 1,000 rooms, a cinema complex, a celebrity museum, retail outlets and a spa. Bawadi is putting together a cluster of hotels on a 10km boulevard.
