Kuwaiti court upholds death sentences for 4 of 6 militants

Kuwait's appeals court Monday upheld the death penalty against four suspected Al-Qaeda militants involved in bloody gun battles with police last year and commuted two other death sentences. Two Kuwaitis and two Bedouins had their death sentences upheld by the court, which also confirmed the acquittal of seven of the group.
