New Delhi, Nov 14: Asserting that she was expected to give an honest and truthful testimony and fear only her conscience, the Delhi High Court today restrained investigating agencies from detaining or subjecting Bharati Yadav to any harassment during her deposition in the Nitish Katara murder case.
