(AP) - Gurneys, patients and staff members fill the hallway in the Red Zone trauma center at the Emergency Room of Grady Hospital in downtown Atlanta, Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005. Emergency room physician Jessica Risser, center background, attends to a patient. At this city's main trauma hospital, multi-hour lines of waiting patients clog the hallways even on slow days. Doctors say they probably couldn't handle a major plane crash or any other incident with more than 20 or 30 severe injuries. (AP Photo/Ric Feld)
