Two out of five (39%) hospital patients feel they don't count once they leave hospital as they receive no follow up after a procedure according to new research from CHKS Ltd, the leading provider of analytical benchmarking to the NHS. Four of five (78%) also stated that they would welcome the opportunity to feedback to a hospital after receiving treatment... click link for more info.
