Tenenbaum signs contract to keep diesel flowing to SC's school buses

Education superintendent Inez Tenenbaum announced Wednesday that her agency had reached an agreement with an alternate diesel fuel vendor that would keep South Carolina school buses running during the fuel shortage created by Hurricane Katrina.
