Vitamin D to cut cancer

Scientists believe vitamin D deficiency - higher in people with darker skins and those that avoid sunlight - may be responsible for thousands of cancer deaths a year. New research shows that a large daily dose of vitamin D can halve the chance of developing cancer, as well as several other chronic diseases such as MS, diabetes and high blood pressure.
