Lawsuit: Former Aquarius GM 'falsified bank checks'

Aquarius Pools owners Richard Carnation and Kevin Towle filed a civil lawsuit Monday in Sacramento County Superior Court alleging the company's former general manager and his wife diverted company funds for their personal use.
