GEORGIAN PRESIDENT RESHUFFLES CABINET

Mikheil Saakashvili reshuffled the Georgian cabinet on November 10, dismissing Agriculture Minister Mikhail Svimonishvili and naming Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili economy minister, Caucasus Press reported. Saakashvili explained that latter transfer in terms of Okruashvili's talents as an organizer and manager, in light of the need to strengthen the economy, RFE/RL's Georgian Service reported.
