Commission wants funding for Pa. transportation

A bipartisan commission formed to address Pennsylvania's transportation problems recommended $900 million in additional funding Monday for highways and bridges and $760 million in targeted public transit funding. The recommendations by the nine-member Transportation Funding and Reform Commission could cost the average driver $7 per month if adopted.
