Expectations for Iraq's Draft Constitution

Iraqi politicians are still struggling over a proposed constitution. The document is to be submitted to a nationwide referendum in just over a month, but many Iraqis fear it will only deepen sectarian tensions. NPR's Deborah Amos reports.
