Chief says DA cleared L.A. officers in videotaped pepper spraying

LOS ANGELES, 7:00 p.m. Nov. 14 (AP): A district attorney's investigation has already cleared police officers of wrongdoing in the pepper-spraying of a handcuffed man in police car that came to light when videotape of the February 2005 incident was released by an attorney this week, police Chief William Bratton said Tuesday.
